Due to www.trenitalia.com do not show the fare of regional train. Kindly suggest me the fare of the route as follows;
1. Rome - Pisa
2. Pisa - Venice
Is it possible to travel from Rome to Venice by via Pisa in one day or kindly advice that which town I should stayover instead (like Florence or Tuscany)

Rome-Pisa via Livorno 17.85 Euro, Pisa-Venice via Firenze/Bologna will cost the same since tariff distance is identical.
It is possible to travel in one day from Roma via Pisa to Venice, but it will take at least 10 hours and 4 train changes.

@ tUt;

1. How did you know the price? Can you give me the source or search engine, because I have a lot of place to search for the fare and the timetable in Italy and do not want to disturb you so much.

2. For the regional train, is it possible to book the ticket in advance?

Kindly advice

For the timetable it is better to use classical DB website - http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en?newrequest=yes&protocol=http:&, it perfectly shows Italian timetable and you can see needed train changes there as well.
With specific fares within Italy it is not that simple, actually Roma-Pisa can be easily seen on TrenItalia website (in both Italian and English versions) since there are direct regional trains, with Pisa-Venice it is a little bit harder - we can add up sum of separate tickets Pisa-Firenze, Firenze-Bologna, Bologna-Venice (all those can be seen on TrenItalia website), but then we need to count "break" of tariff, thus actual one through ticket will be cheaper than 3 separate ones. Plus in your case it was much easier since distance Roma-Pisa by train almost equals Pisa-Venice by train.
Ideally there are special tariff book for regional trains, but we aren't able to find it at the moment.

There is no need to book in advance - no seat reservations required for any regional trains and fare stays always the same  (it doesn't depend on time of purchase or any other circumstances).

We as well would like to remind you that ticket for regional trains in Italy is valid for maximum of 6 hours, if your time of a journey exceeds 6 hours you already need two separate tickets.

Thanks for your kind advice. It's very helpful.

Could I ask you one more question? Do the transportation system in Italy, have the group ticket for 2-5 travellers, or state/country ticket (Bayern Ticket or Schones Wochen Ende Ticket) like in Germany or family ticket (Einfach raus ticket) like in Austria?

Once again many many thanks for your help.

You can ask as many question as you like, our forum is specifically designed for helping travelers  ;)

It is not really a group ticket, but more a special offer - discount for families - http://www.trenitalia.com/cms/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=91fb335a9a605210VgnVCM1000003f16f90aRCRD
