Title: Cars designated as "Kurswagen"

Where can one find a listing of so called "Kurswagen" (German for coaches added to regular scheduled trains, with a farther destination than the 'numbered' one )

Do you need info about any particular case/country/route? Since there is no one place to find all the info for all the 'kurswagen' carriages all over Europe. Plus in Europe (unlike in Russia and other ex USSR countries) it's a rather limited number of such 'kurswagen' (in it's classical sense) still alive, instead more popular matter is "group trains", where trains consists of a few groups of carriages having different routes, but on certain leg running together.
