Which online website is the best service to book 4 tickets from Vienna to Katowice on July 2nd - leaving in the morning.

Best to do it via official Austrian railways website - https://ticket.oebb.at/bin/frame_ticket.pl?ticket=jticket.pl&LANG=EN . As you can see, they offer discounted 39 EUR tickets for your date, so you can grab those even today (will save you almost 18 EUR per ticket since standard fare on the route is 56.6 EUR)
