There is two options to travel Warsaw-Bratislava - via Czech Republic or directly from Poland to Slovakia. Direct carriages (Warsaw-Bratislava-Budapest) unfortunately go via Czech Republic, thus it rises the fare up to 72.6 EUR for return ticket (+ potential sleeper reservation). There is also a limited amount of discounted tickets sold for route Warsaw-Budapest (from 29 EUR), nobody forbids you to get off in Bratislava, but you can purchase such tickets only in Poland or Hungary, only from ticket counters and only in advance.
Ticket fare for direct route Warsaw-Zwardon-Skalite-Bratislava cost 60.3 EUR return, but if you want to travel this route you will need to change trains at least twice.

Concerning online purchase. As of now, Polish Railways doesn't sell any international tickets online, so not a big choice here. The only way to purchase any international tickets online is to use agencies (for instance the one you have mentioned above), but, as you can guess, agencies charge you for their "efforts" and sometimes might even create you certain problems with getting your ticket, money refund etc. So we would probably recommend not to use any agency, but simply purchase your ticket already in Poland. Warsaw-Bratislava-Budapest carriages aren't that popular (especially during low season), so in most cases you won't have any problems purchasing ticket (and sleeper reservation) even 10 minutes before train departure.

Also just a small reminder. Tariffs above are in EUR, but at the actual ticket desk in Warsaw you will have to pay in Polish zloty, so account potential currency exchange fluctuations. And also make sure you purchase return ticket issued on one ticket sheet and not two one way tickets on separate ticket sheets, because for return ticket you get special discount, while for one way not (as result of such situation fare for one way ticket is almost the same as for return - not very logic, but these are small tariff nuances that you can meet rather often in Central Europe)
