We start from Vienna airport, the bus to Bratislava to catch the train at 23:40 to Michalovce (27,40 euro/pp in couchette)on the 07 of august.
At 7:09 in Michalovce we want to buy the CityStar ticket > 1500km and then cross the boarder, (any tips?) to cath the train leaving Uzhgorod at 14:41(100Л). 7 1/2 hours should be enough for that?
Ok, the plan sounds a bit illogical for a few reasons: a) with CityStars ZSSK-RZD number of km in Slovak part isn't an issue, thus CityStar Bratislava-Vladivostok (meaning RZD>1500km=248 EUR for two passengers) will be the same price as Michalovce-Vladivostok, so why then no to buy it already from Bratislava? b) there is no passenger rail connection between Michalovce and Uzhgorod, passenger trains run only on part Cierna-nad-Tisou-Chop, so in order to get to Cierna from Bratislava you need to get off in Kosice and change there for other train to Cierna (it goes via different line, then the one continuing from Kosice to Michalovce, see

In case of cross-border segment Cierna-Chop you basically have only a choice out of two connections per day (either 14:10-15:52 or 22:44-00:30). With the later one goes direct carriage Bratislava-Moscow, which is another thing for you to consider, since it allows you just to buy sleeper Bratislava-Moscow for 24 EUR (or Kosice-Moscow few euro cheaper, or even Bratislava-Kyiv in case you definitely want to stop in Ukraine). Imho, use of this direct carriage will help your to avoid issues concerning crossing border Slovakia-Ukraine and further buying sleeper reservation for UZ domestic train from Uzhgorod/Chop. Basically you will have a CityStar and sleeper reservation up till Moscow and don't worry about any connections/train changes
Just for the sake of info, from Michalovce you can catch direct buses to Uzghorod. A few in the morning, only hour and half travel time and 2.5 EUR
In Kiev we are planning to take the 022K leaving at 07:19 to be in moscow on the 09th at 06:16.
Hmm??? First of all, train #22 dep.Kyiv at 16:17 currently (arr. to Moscow 6:16am). Second, there will be timetable change in Ukraine and Russia at the end of May, so the schedule itself might as well change (previous summer #22 train was running, if we not mistaking, everyday the whole summer, but who knows what will be this summer). And third, it's one of the very few RZD trains, thus East-West sleeper reservation (need as addition to your CityStar) for #22 train is basically 3 times more than for any UZ train, so it might make sense to reconsider the choice of train from Kyiv.
Were can we leave the luggage for the day?
At Kyiv-Pass. they have luggage storage (both automatic and person taking it in), so shouldn't be a problem. Both are under the station in the basement, at opposite wings.
From Moscow we go to Kazan with the 050M leaving at 19:20 to arrive at 08:26 on the 10th of august.On the 12th to Yekaterinburg with the 140H at 16:58 to be there at 10:44 the next day(13.08). Yekaterinburg - Vladiwostok with the 240Э to be there on the 18th of August at 00:22.
Well, first of all remember potential timetable change in Russia. Doubt trains will be canceled, but some changes are possible. Regarding the question, East-West sleeper reservation 2/4 ('kupe') Moscow-Kazan roughly 50 EUR per passenger, for Kazan-Yekaterinburg just a few euro more, Yekaterinburg - Vladivostok is 215 EUR. Vladivostok-N.Novgorod is 225 EUR and N.Novgorod-Moscow is 33 EUR.
Is it possible to leave Vladiwostok the same day at 22:30 in the 001M?
Why it shouldn't be possible? But it's going to be rather a lot of time on the train
And also consider the time difference, since Vladivostok is +7 to Moscow, thus you'll arrive in the morning and depart basically next morning, so technically in Vladivostok it will be the next day (N.B. trains in Russia run by Moscow time only and all the dep/arr. times are Moscow time)
