Trains return on Podgorica Niksic !!
Finally !!

Moreover, the local train service on Nis-Dimitrovgrad in Serbia was reintroduced (formerly only one night train per day, shame as the scenery is really beautiful)

Good news definitely, thanks for sharing. ŽICG finally finished reconstructions and electrification, so reintroducing passenger service seems like a logic step. Anyway it's nice when on predominantly cargo lines some passenger service is back. Though it's interesting what kind of rolling stock will be used as of now - Soviet EMU or locomotive & carriages? Since CAF Civity are scheduled to arrive only around summer 2013

Direct sleeper cars (tourist(3), double(2) and single(1)) are now attached to Beograd-Bar train then reattached in Podgorica to the train to Niksic. Ticket without reservation also possible, but then the change in Podgorica is required. Prices and timetables here:

Judging from the schedule, wonder how they will solve the problem in Podgorica when trains will be late (what will be definitely happen knowing ZS and ZICG)
