I am travelling with a group of 29 who will be flying into Vienna International airport arriving on a Monday. We need to get from the International airport to Vienna City, have underground rail pass for Monday and Tuesday and then travel from Vienna to Gyor (Hungary) in the afternoon of the Tuesday. Can anyone advise what tickets to purchase? Looking for something that I can purchase before arrival or at the International airport.

Regarding Airport-City journey, then you have a few options: a) take S-Bahn train (http://www.viennaairport.com/jart/prj3/va/main.jart?rel=en&content-id=1260752528082&reserve-mode=active); b) take "City Airport Train (http://www.cityairporttrain.com/default.aspx?lang=en-US)" or c) take bus (http://www.viennaairport.com/jart/prj3/va/main.jart?rel=en&content-id=1249344074246&reserve-mode=active)
With Vienna to Gyor you won't be able to book all 29 tickets at once, but if you really want you can book them in batches of 6 tickets. However don't think you should really worry about purchasing tickets in advance. Vienna to Gyor route served not just by multiple RailJet train going towards Budapest, but also many EURegio (REX) trains, you can buy tickets for 19 euro (standard fare) even before departure. And since none of the train require compulsory seat reservation, they simply can't get sold out.
Also in case you want to save some money, then besides direct international tickets you can as well opt for the option with Austrian group rail pass - Einfach-Raus Ticket (http://www.oebb.at/en/Tickets/Groups/Einfach-Raus-Ticket/index.jsp), basically you can use up to Austria-Hungary border, while for the reminding part just get separate tickets
