Travel plans, routes and timetables / Frankfurt-Vienna-Salzburg-Munich

Hi to all
my family with two young teenager children will like to take day train from Frankfurt to Vienna, follow up Vienna to Salzburt and finally Salzburt to Munich in the month of end Nov 2012. We will spend about 3 day at each city Vienna, Salzburt and Munich. This is our first family trip to Europe
Please advise the most economical train travel tickets and also train schedule.
Looking forward for any recommendation and advise.
