All other train travel questions / Prague-Krakow-Budapest-Vienna (Night trains and Fares)

Hi, I am new to this forum. My wife and I will be travelling in Europe for a month in May - June. We'll be taking the night trains from Prague to Krakow and from Krakow to Budapest and then day train from Budapest to Vienna. I understand from earlier posts that it is safe to travel on night train, but my wife is worried if she can actually sleep (2nd class sleeper) on the train because of the noise (we thought about flight Prague - Krakow - Budapest, but the flights are not direct (some take longer than train!!!!) and still very expensive). Can anyone please tell me his/her night train experience?
Another question is the fares for each leg of the journey, ie. (1) Prague - Krakow, (2) Krakow - Budapest, (3) Budapest - Vienna. All 2nd class and (1) and (2) are night train and (3) is day train. Your help is appreciated.
