Travel plans, routes and timetables / Vilnius - Prague

Hello, thanks for this wonderful forum. I currently studding Vilnius and i'm trying to plan a trip by train or bus to Prague or Brno. What i would like to know is if already someone tried to this, which is the cheapest route and other advices. I already did a lot of search in the web but i looks like there is no information at all about this matter.
