Travel plans, routes and timetables / Europe by train

Hi! I am planing a very complicated Europe trip for January and February. I'm under 26, student, have european resident.
My itinerary is like this :
Budapest
Belgrade
Prishtina-Prizren-Gjakove
Sarajevo-Mostar- Dubrovnik
Zagreb- Ljubljana
Salzburg
Zurich- Bern
Luxemburg
Bamberg- Berlin
Warsaw- Krakow

Stockholm
----------by ferry-----
Helsinki

Talinn
1.Do you have better and cheaper route? I know, this is not excellent route
2.Approximately how much it costs by train?
3. And is there any special tariffs or legal "tricks"?
