Train fares and tariffs / vienna->Salzburg, Vienna->Budapest,Vienna->Wachau train pass or not?

hi, we are a couple (29 and 24 yrs old) planning a trip from
1. vienna to salzburg and back
2. vienna to budapest and back
3. day trip from vienna to wachau and krems
Would you suggest buying individual tickets or thru the raileurope website?
the passes for both of us for all these journeys from raileurope are at 218 euros. Pls suggest if individual tickets can be cheaper
