Travel plans, routes and timetables / Day train from Warsaw to Prague

Hi,
I am planning to travel by train with 2 friends. We will be coming from Warsaw (Central train station) and going to Prague and back - November 19 to 22. We will be in Warsaw for business and want to take a few days off to see Prague.
Please advise the following:
- Price of day train from Warsaw to Prague, with priority on the most affordable price
- Second priority is Duration - less hours, better
- Where to purchase tickets from Warsaw City Center
- Shuttle services available at Prague from train station to hotel and rates of services
- Budget hotels in Prague
