I want to book on the automatic system, but it is not working.
Can anybody tell me another way of booking ticket from Chop to Kiev and Kiev-Moscow in early August?

Did you try http://booking.uz.gov.ua/en ? It is a new booking system directly from UZ, basically with time should substitute e-kyytok
